Every new client engagement begins with a free 15-minute fit check, then a written scoped proposal within 24 hours, followed by an optional 2-week paid trial sprint before either party commits to a longer arrangement. Srijith personally reviews the architecture decisions and the first sprint’s code on every engagement, then stays involved at quarterly steering reviews.
