UAE engagement model

What working with us in the UAE will look like.

TRN-compliant invoicing in AED

Invoices issued via our UAE entity with full TRN compliance. Pay in AED to a UAE bank account or in USD via wire. Most enterprise procurement teams approve us inside one billing cycle.

Dubai Silicon Oasis presence

Our MENA office is at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, DSO. Srijith is in Dubai roughly a quarter of the year. Meeting in person is the norm, not the exception.

Time-zone aligned delivery

Primary delivery from IST runs a 2.5-hour overlap with GST. Effective working hours align with UAE business hours for daily standups, demos and incident response.

Arabic UI and localization

We build RTL-aware UIs, Arabic input handling, Hejri date support and ZATCA e-invoicing on request. We don't ship Arabic copy ourselves — we work with the client's translation team.

UAE data residency when required

AWS Bahrain, AWS UAE, Azure UAE, G42 cloud. We deploy AI and customer-data systems in-region when PDPL or sectoral rules require it.

Award-winning AI capability

Best AI & Digital Transformation Company — World AI Expo Dubai 2025. Kuyil AI and Garuda are live SaaS products we run ourselves. The AI delivery muscle is there; the UAE is the next region we're putting it to work in.

How UAE enterprises buy software

The procurement path, before a line of code.

Most UAE software engagements clear the same procurement gates before delivery starts. Knowing the sequence keeps a CTO, CIO or procurement lead in control of the timeline — and of the contract.

  1. 1. Shortlist the vendor. Weigh relevant delivery evidence, engineering depth and references over headcount alone.
  2. 2. Verify the UAE entity & invoicing. Confirm a real in-region entity that can issue TRN-compliant, VAT-correct invoices in AED, so finance and procurement stay clear on input VAT treatment.
  3. 3. Run data-residency due diligence. Establish where customer data will live and be processed — and whether an in-region cloud deployment is required — before scope is fixed.
  4. 4. Choose the contracting model. Decide between milestone-based, fixed-scope delivery and a monthly-retainer staff-augmentation pod, depending on how defined the scope already is.
  5. 5. Settle IP assignment & NDA. Sign the NDA before specifics are shared, and confirm full IP assignment on delivery so the finished software is unambiguously yours.

Proof at GCC scale

Phone-and-paper to a real-time ERP — across three countries.

A Middle East logistics group ran 200+ vehicles, 400+ drivers and roughly 3,000 delivery orders a day across three countries — coordinated almost entirely by phone and paper. We rebuilt that operation as one digital ERP: a Node.js and React platform on PostgreSQL and AWS, a React Native driver app, and a TimescaleDB store for GPS telemetry. The system went live in all three countries after a 12-week MVP.

The impact was operational, not cosmetic. Google OR-Tools route optimisation cut average route distances by 18% and fuel cost by 22%; dispatcher order time dropped from 8 minutes to under 2. And a SAP IDocs integration wired real-time delivery data into the client's enterprise supply chain — the piece that unlocked a major enterprise contract.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a UAE entity?

Yes. Our MENA office is at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis. We can issue TRN-compliant invoices and accept payments in AED via UAE bank wires.

Which UAE emirates do you serve?

All seven. Most engagements run from Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, but we've delivered for clients in RAK, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Time-zone is the same; we travel for on-site workshops when projects need it.

Do you understand UAE data residency requirements?

Yes. We deploy AI and software systems to UAE-region cloud (AWS Bahrain / UAE, Azure UAE, G42 cloud) when the project requires it. Our team is familiar with PDPL, NESA, ADHICS and DIFC data protection obligations.

Which industries are you positioned to build for in the UAE?

Real estate, hospitality, retail, logistics, government and family-conglomerate IT. Our delivery bench has shipped in each of these industries globally — we're ready to apply that depth to UAE engagements. See the Case Studies page for representative work from other regions.

Do you support KSA Vision 2030 and broader GCC expansion?

Yes — we're set up for it. We can deliver KSA-localized variants (Arabic UI, Hejri date support, ZATCA e-invoicing, NCA / SDAIA-compliant deployment) of any platform we build. Talk to us about your Vision 2030 mandate; we'll match the right team and architecture to the brief.

Can we meet your team in Dubai?

Absolutely. Srijith spends roughly a quarter of his year in Dubai. Book a 30-minute meeting at the Dubai Silicon Oasis office or at any DIFC / Downtown venue you prefer.
