Do you have a US office?
We don't operate a physical US office today. Our two offices are the Coimbatore engineering hub (Tamil Nadu, India) and the Dubai Silicon Oasis MENA office. For US-region clients we structure pods around PT or ET — daily syncs at the start or end of your business day, engineering runs overnight in IST, work lands on your desk for the morning review.
How do contracts and invoicing work for US clients?
We can contract via our US LLC (California) or directly via our Indian entity, depending on what your procurement team prefers. Invoicing in USD via ACH or wire. Mutual NDA standard before any technical discussion. Full IP assignment to the client on engagement closeout — no carve-outs, no platform lock-in.
Do you cover both US coasts?
Yes. We've delivered to clients across the West Coast (SaaS, wealth-tech, HealthTech) and the East Coast (FinTech, B2B SaaS). We can pick the engineer or tech-lead seat that overlaps with your office hours; most clients run with daily syncs at 9 am local time.
Do you sign US-style NDAs and MSAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any technical discussion, work under your form of MSA (California-law default; we can adopt other state forms), and assign all IP to the client by default on engagement closeout.
What about SOC 2 / HIPAA / PCI DSS compliance?
Our internal controls align with SOC 2 Type II — access reviews, audit logging, encryption at rest and in transit. For HIPAA and PCI workloads we deploy customer data into your AWS / Azure / GCP account — not ours — with documented BAA-friendly architecture. PCI scope is minimised by design.
