Honest, in-the-open pricing.
Most outsourcing firms hide their numbers. Here are ours, by engagement type. Final price depends on stack, seniority and scope — but you'll always know the band before you book a call.

Frequently asked questions
Why does pricing start at $10k/month?
A single senior engineer (6–10 years experience), CTO-reviewed, supported with our delivery infrastructure — code reviews, sprint management, QA tooling — starts at $10k/month. This isn't the cheapest offshore rate; it's the rate for someone who ships production code without supervision.
Why is your pricing higher than $10–$15/hr offshore quotes?
At $10/hr you're paying for tickets taken, not outcomes shipped. Our engineers are senior, CTO-supervised, and embedded in your delivery rhythm. You're paying for the CTO overhead, the QA infrastructure, and the accountability that means we tell you when something is going wrong — not three sprints later.
Can we start with one engineer and scale?
Yes. Our most common engagement path is: 1–2 engineers → validated, then scale to a pod. You're never locked into a large commitment upfront. Most clients start with a 2-week trial sprint before any ongoing contract.
Can we pilot before committing?
Yes. Every engagement can start with a 2-week trial sprint. You see the work quality before you sign. If it doesn't work — wrong fit, wrong stack, wrong team chemistry — you walk away. No notice period, no penalty.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The monthly rate is all-in: engineer time, code review, sprint management, QA, DevOps tooling and the founder review process. Cloud infrastructure costs (AWS, Azure, GCP) are billed at cost with no markup.
What are your payment terms?
Monthly in advance for pods. Milestone-based for fixed-scope projects (typically 30% on kickoff, 40% on mid-build, 30% on handover). We accept wire transfer and ACH. UAE clients can pay in AED.
What about taxes and VAT?
Invoiced in USD. UAE clients get TRN-compliant invoices via our Dubai entity. Indian clients billed via our Indian entity with GST. US clients via our LLC.
What's the minimum commitment for a pod?
There's no contractual minimum — we recommend a 3-month initial term to see meaningful output, but you can stop with 2 weeks' notice. Most clients run with us for 12–24 months once the fit is established.
Do you offer equity-for-work arrangements?
No. We've found these create misaligned incentives. We're a professional services firm — we work best when both sides have clear expectations about what's being exchanged.
What happens to the code if we stop?
You keep everything. Full source code, all repositories, documentation and deployment runbooks are handed over on exit regardless of how long the engagement ran.
