How this engagement worked

Squash Apps engagements typically begin with a free 15-minute fit check with our founder. From there we move into a written scoped proposal — team structure, sprint cadence and a fixed or monthly cost — within 24 hours, and most clients start with an optional 2-week trial sprint before committing to a longer engagement. The work itself is delivered from our Coimbatore engineering hub with daily syncs aligned to the client’s time zone, US-LLC contracting available for US clients and AED / TRN-compliant invoicing available for UAE and GCC clients.

Every engagement is supervised personally by our founder for the first sprint — architecture decisions, code review discipline and delivery cadence are calibrated up front. After that, the founder remains involved at quarterly steering reviews and any time the team or the client flags an escalation. Engineers on every engagement are senior (6–10+ years), full-time dedicated and never time-shared across clients. The client owns all IP delivered.
